Payments made using NAB Transact

Payments made to the United Australia Party are made securely via the NAB Transact payment gateway. Cancellation Policy

Membership of the United Australia Party can be cancelled at any time by contacting membership@unitedaustraliaparty.org.au.

Membership payments made to the United Australia Party are non-refundable and we do not issue refunds for part year cancellations.

In the instance where a bona fide error has been made while completing a membership application, a request for refund may be made by contacting membership@unitedaustraliaparty.org.au within 24 hours of the payment being made. We will endeavor to process your refund within 60 days.

How we deal with Complaints or Requests

You may request access to Personal Information about you that we hold and you may ask us to correct your Personal Information if you find that it is not accurate, up-to-date or complete. You may also make a complaint about our handling of your Personal Information.

To protect your privacy and the privacy of others, we will need evidence of your identity before we can grant you access to information about you or change it.
